Events & Outreach Specialist – West Region

The Event & Outreach Specialist will work collaboratively with the broader Autism Ontario Team, to plan, coordinate and successfully deliver events and build capacity across the province. These events will support families in relation to autism such as Social Learning Opportunities (SLOs) and workshops for families and professionals. This position will work collaboratively to enhance supports in underserved communities to create opportunities for further involvement with Autism Ontario.  Relationship building within the community and raising awareness of the Autism Ontario Program will also be a key role within this position. 

Title: Events & Outreach Specialist – West Region

Location: West – Brantford, Bruce, Chatham-Kent, Grey, Hamilton-Niagara, Huron, Lambton, London, Norfolk, Oxford, St. Thomas, Stratford, Windsor

Salary: $60,000 - $67,000 per year

Regional Fund Development & Volunteer Coordinator – Central West

The position of Regional Fund and Volunteer Coordinator will be one of two positions in the Central West region covering Wellington, Halton, Peel, Waterloo and Dufferin counties. The goal of the regional model is to strengthen the capacity of families and caregivers to achieve the mission and vision of Autism Ontario in the Central West region.

Title: Regional Fund and Volunteer Coordinator

Location: Central West (Dufferin, Waterloo, Halton, Peel, Wellington counties)

Salary:  $57,000 – $67,000

Regional Fund Development & Volunteer Coordinator – West

The position of Regional Fund Development & Volunteer Coordinator will be one of two positions in the region covering Windsor, London, Windsor Essex, Grey Bruce, Huron Perth counties. The goal of the regional model is to strengthen the capacity of families and caregivers to achieve the mission and vision of Autism Ontario in the West region.

Title: Regional Fund and Volunteer Coordinator – West

Location: West Region (Windsor, London, Windsor Essex, Grey Bruce, Huron Perth)

Salary:  $57,000 – $67,000

Regional Fund Development & Volunteer Coordinator – Central East

The position of Regional Fund and Volunteer Coordinator will be one of two positions in the region covering Haliburton, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Simcoe, York, Durham and Northumberland. The goal of the regional model is to strengthen the capacity of families and caregivers to achieve the mission and vision of Autism Ontario in the Central East region.

Title: Regional Fund and Volunteer Coordinator – Central East

Location: Central East Region (Haliburton, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Simcoe, York, Durham or Northumberland)

Salary:  $57,000 – $67,000

Office Manager

The Office Manager will report to and coordinate office administration and procedures for Autism Ontario’s offices across the province (approximately 7 in total) as well as short term rental spaces, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation.

Location: The primary location of work for this position is Autism Ontario’s Provincial Office

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Manager of Communications and Resource Development

Reporting to the Director of Training and Education, the Manager of Communications and Resource Development will be responsible for managing the effective communications, advocacy initiatives, knowledge development and translation, and education across the organization and within the framework of Autism Ontario’s mission, vision, values, and strategic plan.

Location: Autism Ontario Provincial Office (1179 King Street West)

Salary: $85,000-$90,000

Content and Design Specialist

As the Content and Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, planning, coordinating, and implementing print and online content such as social media posts, advertising, workshops, webinars, and web content that supports families and professionals in relation to autism across the province
