Young Adult Social Group Coordinator - Toronto

As the young adult social group coordinator you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring all social group events within the Toronto region. 

Title: Young Adult Social Group Coordinator - Toronto

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $25/hr (8 hours a month)

Regional Fund and Volunteer Coordinator – Central East

The position of Regional Fund and Volunteer Coordinator will be one of two positions in the region covering Haliburton, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Simcoe, York, Durham and Northumberland. The goal of the regional model is to strengthen the capacity of families and caregivers to achieve the mission and vision of Autism Ontario in the Central East region.

Title: Regional Fund and Volunteer Coordinator

Location: East Region (Haliburton, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Simcoe, York, Durham or Northumberland)

Salary: $47,000-$53,000 per year

Webinar and Community Partnership Specialist

The ideal applicant will be a relationship builder with project management experience. Passionate and inspiring, this individual is a motivated self-starter, works independently and can collaborate effectively with remote team structures in a fast-paced environment, and brings an understanding of autism and intellectual disabilities. This position is dynamic in nature and will require leaders who demonstrate creativity and are collaborative, solution-focused, and flexible.

Title: Webinar and Community Partnership Specialist 

Location: Remote with occasional work in office or studio in Toronto 

Salary: $60 000 - $65 000 per year

Subject Matter Expert: Occupational Therapist

Reporting to the Director, Education and Family Experience, Autism Ontario is seeking to expand its team to include a team of Subject Matter Experts (SME). The newly formed Subject Matter Expert team will include an Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, Mental Health Professional and Behavioural Clinician (BCBA required). The role is responsible for the development and facilitation of staff training on a variety of topics related to their profession and other relevant duties as assigned.

Title: Subject Matter Expert: Occupational Therapist

Location: 1179 King St. W, Suite 004, Toronto – temporarily remote

Annual Salary: 85,000- 95,000 per annum

Subject Matter Expert: Behaviour Analyst

Social Worker

During a time of transition and significant program changes, Autism Ontario will play a key role in offering direct support to a team of Care Coordinators and the families on their caseloads, develop and lead educational sessions for staff, parents and families, create evidence-informed subject matter for print and video, and contribute subject matter expertise to training materials.  The Social Worker is responsible for direct support and knowledge dissemination on a variety of topics related to family support.

Annual Salary: $80,000-90,0000 per annum

Supervisor – Provincial Event & Outreach Team

During a time of transition and significant program changes, parents/caregivers will require support to understand their options in the new OAP, and their changed role as system navigators and employers. Autism Ontario will play a key role in offering direct support to families who are accessing or interested in accessing the new program through workshops, training sessions, and individualized support. The focus of these family supports will be on providing information about and orientation to the OAP. This position is dynamic in nature and will require leaders who demonstrate creativity and are collaborative, solution focused, and flexible.

Salary: $72,000 - $79,000 per year

Events & Outreach Specialist

During a time of transition and significant program changes, parents/caregivers will require support to understand their options in the Ontario Autism Program (OAP), and their changed role as system navigators and employers. Autism Ontario will play a key role in offering direct support to families who are accessing the OAP through workshops, training sessions, and individualized support. The focus of these family supports will be on providing information about funding that is available to them and assisting families with navigating local and provincial services. This position is dynamic in nature and will require leaders who demonstrate creativity and are collaborative, solution focused, and flexible.

Title: Events & Outreach Specialist

Salary: $60,000 - $67,000 per year

HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for providing a full range of human resources administrative services at our organization. This position reports to the Director, Human Resources and works collaboratively with Autism Ontario’s management team to support all staff and volunteers.

Salary: $70,000-74,000 per year
